We are not responsible for monograms incorrectly made if the letters are sent in the wrong order. If we receive letters ABC the B will be made biggest on TRADITIONAL monograms and on a STACKED monogram letters ABC the C will be the biggest. If you are unsure about the letter arrangement please include full name and we will arrange it for you.
